This generalized database viewer is one of many ASP.NET applications developed by us at Microtools.us. It allows you to view data in your databases through the web browser, without the use of coding or continuous maintenance. In building this application, we kept true to our 'The Best Code is No Code' concept used in the development of many application projects. Our viewer application instantaneously adjusts to reflect any changes that are made to your data. The addition or modification of any databases, tables, or queries will be automatically updated in our viewer without the need for manual coding.
This version of the viewer can run on any PC as a local host with .NET Framework 2.0 installed. The databases can reside on local drives, network drives, network database servers or through web services. It supports all major databases: Access, Excel, SQL server, Oracle, IBM AS400, Sybase and MySQL.
